1.Pejudice-I have experienced someone being/saying a prejudice comment. It was my sixth grade year and this new white boy got mad in gym class,no one realy knew why. And so he dicided to blame me and my friends and called us all “beaners,spiks!! i wanted to punch him so bad but instead i said he wasnt worth it and then he was in trouble with the principle.

2.My neighborhood is kinda small. I live three streets away from my high school. The people that live around me/my neighbors are guatemalen/hispanic people. there fears are that they might not have much more time to be in the United States. Ive lived there for three years and i feel safe and like it.

Text messaging is one big part of teens lifes. I text my friends because id rather text then talk on the phone. When i text i dont spell corectly because its faster not to.
I think that our language could possibly change because of the text messaging,but i think that it wouldnt change how we speak.just how we write. It changes the way we write only because its fasster and it makes it easier to write. People text everywhere on the bed,in the car,on the couch, and all the time at school.
Ex:i used to get & send about 170 texts day.

The story im reading has showed me not to do drugs. Its giving example of young adults/teens getting caugh up in the whole drug thing . And then when that stuff happens you end up in some type of treatment center.

A blog is a type of site that you can type your assignments up on the internet.this is my first time using the blog. i heared of this site from my teacher ghoke.I like to write sometimes when im in the mood. I like using the blog because it seems alot faster then just writing it. I usually only go on the internet if im looking for something or when im on myspace. I like writing poems sometimes if i can think of a good one. I hope that we will be useing the blogs alot more because its easy and i like it.

I chose the book “THE ROOFTOP”. Its so far about 2 guys that are into drugs and they get into alot of trouble so then they have to go to this treatment place. I picked this book because the cover looked good. I dont really like this book because theres alot of cursing and its just a really boring book.
